Licensing and insurance
We dispatch licensed and insured crews. Water damage restoration is not itself a state-licensed trade in Florida, unlike plumbing, electrical or roofing work. Where a job requires a licensed trade, that work is performed by an appropriately licensed contractor. Mold remediation is separately licensed in Florida under Chapter 468 of the Florida Statutes and is performed accordingly. We do not publish a license number for the brand entity, because doing so where none is held would be false.
